This incident has been resolved. Alexa + Google voice services as well as other third party integrations should be restored.

We have identified an issue with cloud integration impacting several services including but not limited to voice assistants, 2N, Ring, and camera services. The appropriate resources have been made aware and are working toward a resolution.

Investigating
We have identified an issue with voice assistant authentication or discovering the Savant Home during setup or re-authentication. Google + Alexa services may be unavailable at this time. We are aware of the issue and are currently investigating.
